This is the first truly noxious incense of the 7; it contains not only a lot of blood, but also sulphur and two toxic roots. I would not recommend making this, even if you are able to find all the ingredients, and if for whatever reason you are making this recipe to the letter, I urge that it should be burnt outside, where the poisonous sulphur fumes will dissipate. Here is my recipe, using less dangerous ingredients:

1 part Myrrh – Commiphora myrrha.

1 part red sandalwood – Pterocarpus santalinus.

½ part dragons blood – Daemonorops draco.

Pinch of dried hellebore root – Heleboros niger (only a tiny amount).

Pinch of dried chopped nettle leaves – Urtica genus.

Some horse hair.

Some crow feather.
